Alternatively, we may be able to organise a wait and load facility.

Do you offer accounts?

Yes, we do offer accounts to approved business customers. Please contact us for an account application.

What do you do with the rubbish you collect?

Wherever possible, we recycle rubbish at recycling depots. We dispose of other non-recyclable rubbish at designated tips in the local area. Our company's motto is "recycle and zero waste to landfill" and we help or customers reduce the amount of waste to landfills by providing them with bins and advice to separate their waste.

Soil: Good quality soils are screened and reused for gardening and landscaping and lower grade soil is screened and used for back filling.

How long can I have the 1300EzyBin?

We leave the bin with you for three complete and clear days. That is we deliver on day 1 and collect on day 5 so that you have a genuine three full days in between. This is ideal for weekend clean-ups! 1300EzyBins hire can be extended depending on availability.

How do I pay for the 1300EzyBin?

We collect payment on delivery of the bin or you can pre-pay by credit card over the phone. Our drivers can accept cash or cheque and will receipt your docket. Most customers choose to pay by credit card if they do not expect to be on site at delivery.1300EzyBins accepts all major credit cards including EFTPOS, Master card and Visa.

What can I put in the bin?

Hazardous waste can not be put in to any of our 1300EzyBins. You can place anything in the bin except those prohibited by law: No asbestos, tyres, batteries, liquids. Chemicals or any other prescribed and offensive wastes. For information regarding the disposal of these Hazardous waste you can, contact the EPA or your local council.

How much can I stack the rubbish skip up?

1300EzyBins is not allowed to carry an unsafe load - so your bin must be safely stacked to the upper rim, or in the case of soil or green waste, rounded so that it can be tied down and tarped. The waste should not be able to move in transit and must not hang over the sides.

Can I mix the load and where does my waste go after 1300EzyBin collects it?

Yes, you can mix the rubbish - green waste, concrete, bricks, soil, and household rubbish. We will sort the waste at our depot facility and send the contents for recycling or re-use.

How do I book a1300EzyBin?

You can book by calling 1300 399 246 (1300EzyBins) to arrange deliveries, collections and exchanges of our bins.

Do I need permission from the council to place a 1300EzyBin on the road?

Yes. Our friendly customer service at 1300EzyBins will obtain a permit from your local Council on your behalf, allowing the 1300EzyBin to be placed on the road.

Where can 1300EzyBins be dropped?

1300EzyBins can deliver If you need a bin for delivery early in the working week, the day before is generally acceptable. For weekends book a few days ahead so that 1300EzyBins can supply you with the size you prefer. In periods leading up to Christmas and Easter, 1300EzyBins recommends you may need to book a few days in advance.
